This Privacy Policy explains how Full Send Services Inc., doing business as Prism Bio-Research (“Prism Bio-Research,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit prismbioresearch.com, create an account, complete a customer attestation, place an order, contact us, or otherwise use our services.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and identity information, such as name, organization, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.

  • Order and transaction information, such as products ordered, order value, shipping method, payment status, partial payment-card details made available by the processor, refunds, disputes, and order history. Complete card numbers are handled by payment providers and are not stored on our website.
  • Communications, including support requests, contact-form submissions, emails, telephone notes, reviews, survey responses, and files or photographs you provide.
  • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, dates and times, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interactions with the website or our communications.
  • Security and compliance information, such as fraud indicators, account activity, delivery verification, transaction-review results, and records used to enforce our Terms or meet legal obligations.

Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from payment, shipping, fraud-prevention, analytics, advertising, and communications providers; and, where permitted, from public records or other sources used to verify a transaction or comply with law.

How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and services;
  • create and manage accounts and record customer attestations;
  • review, accept, process, fulfill, ship, return, and refund orders;
  • authenticate payments, prevent fraud, manage disputes, and enforce our policies;
  • respond to questions, provide support, and send transactional notices;
  • send marketing communications where permitted and manage preferences;
  • measure website performance and understand how visitors use the site;
  • protect our customers, personnel, rights, systems, and property;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and recordkeeping requirements; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the website and cart working, remember preferences, maintain sessions, prevent fraud, measure traffic and performance, and, where enabled, support advertising and campaign measurement.

You can manage many cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account, cart, or checkout features from working. Where required by law, we will honor applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described above:

  • Service providers, including website hosting and security, ecommerce, payment processing, fraud prevention, shipping and fulfillment, email and customer-relationship management, analytics, advertising, data storage, and technical support providers.
  • Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Governmental, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property.
  • Transaction participants in connection with a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar corporate event.
  • Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain analytics or advertising disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising. Where applicable, you may request to opt out by contacting us as described below.

Payment Information

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. Those providers receive payment and transaction information needed to authorize and complete a purchase, prevent fraud, and manage disputes. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy notices. We generally receive transaction status, payment type, limited card details such as brand and last four digits, and related billing information rather than a complete card number.

Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. Even after opting out of marketing, we may send non-promotional communications about your account, orders, support requests, safety, legal notices, or our ongoing business relationship.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain transaction and attestation records, comply with tax and legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, legal requirements, and operational needs. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong password and protecting your account credentials.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to or a copy of personal information; correction; deletion; data portability; restriction or objection to processing; or an opt-out from sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request and to receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, email support@prismbioresearch.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or call 407-842-1492. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the email address associated with your account or order. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You may update certain account information by signing in to your account. You may also contact us to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

Children’s Privacy

The website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and customers must be at least 18 years old. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

International Visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access the website from another country, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires a lawful transfer mechanism or grants additional rights, we will address requests in accordance with that law.

Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to services we do not control. This Policy does not govern third-party websites, platforms, or services. Review their privacy notices before providing personal information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
