Products are supplied for lawful in vitro and laboratory research. Customer Attestation Required. Customers may browse the catalog and add items to the cart, but checkout requires completion of the Research-Use-Only attestation through the Research Account Application. Prism Bio-Research may request additional information or refuse an order.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Pay by Bank (Same-Day ACH), and all transactions are processed securely. If you have a question about payment for a research account, contact support@prismbioresearch.com.

There is no minimum order amount. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the service level you select.

If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, eligible orders can be canceled from your account order history. If you need a change after that point, contact support@prismbioresearch.com and we will do our best to help.

Domestic orders ship via tracked courier and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Orders are shipped to the billing and shipping address associated with the customer’s attested account.

Pay by Bank (Same-Day ACH) payments are authorized right away, but the funds settle over the following 1–2 business days. We begin preparing your order once the payment is authorized, and it ships once the bank payment is confirmed. Orders paid by methods that clear immediately are prepared for shipment the same business day, subject to our daily cutoff.

Domestic shipping is available via tracked courier. International shipping may be available subject to destination regulations and importer-of-record requirements, and some compounds cannot be shipped to certain jurisdictions. International customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered compounds may be lawfully imported for research use in their location.

Orders are packaged to protect their contents during transit, with cold-chain handling where applicable. Products are shipped with appropriate research-use labeling and lot documentation.

Yes. A tracking number is provided by email as soon as your order ships, and tracking is also available from your account dashboard.

No. All Prism Bio-Research compounds are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition, and they have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Purchasers are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Every production lot is tested by an independent third-party laboratory, including HPLC purity testing and mass spectrometry identity confirmation (and sterility where applicable). A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is provided with every order and is available on each product page. Until a new lot’s COA is posted, that product’s COA tab will indicate that testing is in progress.

Each production lot is evaluated for identity and purity before it is offered for sale: HPLC quantifies purity, and mass spectrometry confirms the compound’s identity, with sterility testing performed where applicable. The factory lot is catalogued against its independent test results, so each vial traces back to a specific, documented lot, and the corresponding Certificate of Analysis is made available on the product page.

Our compounds are produced and tested to support laboratory research applications, and every lot is verified for identity and purity before it is offered. Our focus is consistent, well-characterized materials supported by transparent analytical documentation to promote reproducibility across research programs.

Storage requirements vary by material and lot. Keep products sealed in their original research-use packaging and follow the applicable label, Certificate of Analysis, and safety documentation. Contact support for available lot documentation. Prism Bio-Research does not provide preparation or administration instructions.

Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days after delivery. Products must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging, with the product-level tamper-evident seal intact. We cannot accept a return after a vial, pouch, carton, or other product package has been opened. Contact support@prismbioresearch.com for return authorization before shipping anything back. Please photograph the damaged packaging and product, then contact support@prismbioresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
